Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
• Original tags attached
• Original packaging intact
• Receipt or proof of purchase available

Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item within 7 business days and provide a tracking number. If you fail to ship the item within this timeframe, your return approval will automatically expire, and you will need to submit a new request.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want a different size, color, or style. Here's how exchanges work:

Standard Exchange Process:

1. Initiate a return of your original item by contacting us at info@tokyojapaneselifestyle.com
2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will approve the return
3. After approval, you may place a new order for the desired item on our website

Exchange for the Same Item (Different Size/Color):

• If the item you want is available in a different size or color, contact us and we will check stock
• If in stock, we can arrange a direct exchange — simply return the original item and we will ship the new one at no additional shipping cost
• If the item is out of stock, please follow the standard exchange process above

Exchange Eligibility:

•  Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
•  Original packaging and tags must be intact
•  Exchanges are subject to stock availability
•  Price differences may apply if the replacement item has a different price

Exchange Timeframe:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange
• We recommend placing a new order for the desired item immediately to secure availability while your return is being processed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•  Gift Cards
•  Promotional Sale Items (discounted or clearance items)
•  Modified Plushies (refilled, altered, or customized)
•  Washed or Cleaned Plushies (for hygiene reasons)
•  Damaged Packaging Items (if the sealed packaging has been opened and item shows signs of use)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
