2.4 All plush toys are carefully inspected before shipping. Minor compression during packaging and shipping is normal — items can be fluffed to restore their original shape upon arrival.

3.2 Order Modifications & Cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Cancellation requests submitted after this window cannot be guaranteed. If we do not accept, change, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
